Turiya Kinderyoga bei PHORMINIS

with Estrella Bonilla, for children 3-6 years old (in English) 2 year olds are welcome to join starting in January.

Yoga-based play for more agility, increased concentration and better self-awareness. Yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and more. We give kids tools that help them perceive themselves and their environment more consciously and calmly, even in difficult moments. And of course, Yoga has to be FUN! You’d like to sign up in the middle of the school year? No problem – contact us for partial payment!

Estrella is a native English and Spanish speaker who has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She studied Socio-Cultural Anthropology and currently works at a bilingual kindergarten in Berlin. She also teaches children’s yoga in English, combining her love for working with children with her love for yoga.
