About the Workshop:

Explore the art of low pole flow and spinning pole elements with Aurélie.

Pole dance is approached not only as a physical practice, but as a creative and embodied experience. Participants are invited to explore movement with curiosity, presence and care, meeting themselves where they are, without pressure or expectations.

About Aurélie @relyzzle

Aurélie began pole dance in 2020. She is the founder of Pole Flow Bienne. At her studio she offers regular classes and workshops rooted in inclusivity, embodiment and community care. As a person belonging to a racialized identity, creating inclusive and safer spaces is central to her teaching philosphy and lived exyperience. For Aurélie, pole is not a destination, but a lifelong journey of exploration, connection, and becoming.
