Mama + Baby Yoga (AUSGEBUCHT)

Mama Yoga & Baby (Deutsch und Englisch) *Please read before booking

This class will help you strengthen your body after giving birth, practice poses to help relieve the common aches and pains after birth, and help you practice relaxations techniques to help bring your body and mind into balance. We focus a lot on healing practices after birth, and try our best to practice while our baby is near us. This class is a mix of strengthening and restorative movement for mamas as well as yoga poses done with your baby. Mamas are encouraged to go at their own pace and rest whenever needed. Here is a great opportunity to connect with other mamas and babys.

This class is available until babies can crawl. If they start crawling during the class, mothers are allowed to use the extra available credits for any other class in the future for up to 1 year.

If one class is missed, you can use up to maximal 1 class credit for any other class for up to 1 year. This means you will receive a code for 16 Є on your account to be used for any booking in next year. If the teacher is sick, then you will be accredited another 16 Є on your account to be used for up to a year.
