This training is an invitation to physiotherapists, movement teachers, health practitioners and fitness coaches. Dynamic springing, fascial toning, nourishing rehydration and sensory stimulation expand proven exercises to an effective pelvic floor concept in which a targeted training of the fascia should not be missing. We'll show you how.

! Please note that you will reach level 1 only by attending both courses, Foundation 1 and 2.

Bei einigen Streaming Anbietern (z.B. Zoom) ist es möglich, dass sich Teilnehmer:innen gegenseitig sehen können. Es ist aber auch möglich die Kamerafunktion zu deaktivieren. Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.
