50h Intensive 5 days teacher training:

Contents: complete official course focused on deepening your knowledge of Rocket® Yoga, including all the original series. History and philosophy of Rocket Yoga. Poses from the Rocket series. Variations of postures and adjustments. Transitions included in the Rocket series applied to the vinyasa concept with bandhas and breathing. Practice and teaching of the Rocket I, II and III series or BBQ: the union of both series.Anatomy/alignment of postures including inverted postures and arm balances. Adaptations of the series for beginners. Inclusion of the practice of Rocket and Ashtanga as a system. Pranayama and Kriya.

The training includes an official manual in English (Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga) where you can find all the concepts of the training and postures of each series in photography.

To obtain the official certification, it is necessary to participate in the entire course and complete a small questionnaire on the last day to confirm the assimilation of important concepts.

We want to show you the tools to improve your practice, your capacity to adapt and transform yourself.We`ll learn and practice variations and transitions that you can incorporate to the well known Rocket sequences. We will have special workshops focused on improving your warm up, backbends, inversions and arm balances and transitions.

• Wednesday: Rocket series fundamentals and Rocket 1 practice. (3.30 H.) Introduction to the group, breathing techniques, story of The Rocket, anatomy and adjustments introduction.(4 H.)
• Thursday: Rocket 2 and sun salutations technique (4H) Inversions workshops: variations and adjustments. (4 H)
• Friday: Rocket 3 and backbends: variations and adjustments.(4 H).Arm balances and transitions workshop: variations and adjustments (4H)
