3 DAY IMMERSIVE TRAINING (30 hours)

This intensive 3-day training is designed to deepen your understanding of asana, refine your hands-on skills, and expand your ability to work with the body in a precise and intuitive way.

Blending strong physical practice with clinical insight, you will explore how to observe, adjust, and support movement patterns effectively. The programme also introduces elements of conscious touch and Thai massage, allowing you to develop a more refined and confident approach in your teaching or personal practice.

Mathieu Boldron

is the creator of the Change Perspective Yoga (CPY) method, an innovative and evolving approach developed over more than a decade. His work focuses on making yoga more accessible, functional, and therapeutic by combining elements of mobility, Vinyasa, and applied coaching principles.

With extensive experience in teacher education, he has led over 50 yoga teacher trainings and developed a clear, structured methodology that supports both practitioners and teachers in understanding movement on a deeper, more practical level.

His teaching is shaped by an international background, including studio ownership in France and the United States, as well as ongoing work through his online platform. He regularly leads workshops and trainings worldwide, working with students and teachers across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States.
