This Women’s Circle meets what is alive right now. Collective tension, overwhelm, grief and anger are welcomed and held in a safe, embodied space.

Rage, when consciously expressed, becomes nervous system regulation—bringing clarity, grounding, and presence.

Feminine rage is not destruction, but life force, truth, boundary, and aliveness returning to the body.

We explore staying connected while feeling it all, together and supported, through somatic practices, movement, journaling, sharing, and partner work. Everything is invitational.

Special guest Tram Hodac, cognitive scientist and expert in feminine leadership, brings perspectives on emotional regulation and embodiment.
