“Be beautiful, be yourself” - Your event for Women's Day with Kasia and Jennifer

Dear VIVA Studio Berlin Community,

We are very pleased to invite you to a very special event on Women's Day. Use the power of community among women to consciously connect with your intuition, strengthen your joy of life and experience healing in mindful connection. We let go of old patterns and thoughts that no longer serve us and explore our wild, wise femininity. By lovingly turning to yourself, your self-love can grow like a beautiful flower. Get out of functioning and doing - into feeling, connecting and receiving.

This event is open to all women of all ages, with or without yoga experience.

About Jennifer and Kasia:

Shri Brahmananda Saraswati once said that yoga is “the state in which you lack nothing and are whole and complete.” Jennifer Beirs is a yoga and breathing coach, vegan nutritionist and loves music. In her classes, workshops and retreats you will be accompanied by sounds and gentle music that support you in your practice. For them, yoga means transformation, on a physical and mental level and ultimately of consciousness. In a world full of fast-paced life, we can slow down, calm down and regain our strength. In the Viva Studio she teaches restorative Yin Yoga with sound and live singing.

Kasia is a unique and inspiring personality who brings women together through magical and transformative women's circles and cacao ceremonies. As an experienced yoga teacher and children's yoga teacher, she creates a healing and supportive environment where people can discover their inner power and develop their full potential. Her knowledge and experience as a manifestation life coach enable her to accompany others on their path and support them in achieving their dreams. With her background in sociology, Kasia has a deep understanding of the relationships in our society and can show innovative ways of personal development. For many years she has been fascinated by topics such as spirituality, personal development and mindset, and her passion is reflected in all her activities. Kasia is a source of inspiration and encourages others to follow their own path and let their light shine.
