This afternoon is an invitation to experience Jivamukti Yoga as an integrated practice, moving fluidly from asana into chanting, meditation, and shared inquiry.

We’ll begin with a 2-hour XL Jivamukti class: upbeat, intelligent, and thoughtfully sequenced. The practice will be physically engaging and challenging without being overwhelming, leaving space for breath, awareness, and moments of stillness. Expect intricate yet approachable sequencing, woven together with elements of meditation, sound, and reflection.

The class is open to all practitioners who have some yoga experience. It is mixed-level but not intended for complete beginners. Regular Samsara students and those curious about what Jivamukti Yoga actually feels like in practice are especially welcome.

After a 15 min break, we’ll gather again for satsang, which is open to everyone, including those who prefer not to do the physical practice. Satsang will be conversational and intimate, shaped by questions, shared reflection, and short passages from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. There will be moments of chanting and discussion, approached with curiosity, warmth, and a bit of lightness , yoga that thinks, feels, and breathes.

The satsang is offered by donation, with all proceeds going to Earth Child Project, supporting embodied education and empowerment for young people around the world.
