Our first Retreat will take us to Tuscany.

Tuesday April 30 - Sunday May 5 2024 (6 days/5 nights to unwind in nature)

Our retreat location is a splendid Tuscan farmhouse with an annex and a private pool located near the small charming town of Monte San Savino, Tuscany. During the renovation of this approx. 400 year old building, particular care was taken to the maintenance of the original building structure, giving the house all the charm of its original form. The warm and natural colors of the cottage-style furnishings contribute to a comfortable and authentic rustic living atmosphere.

What to expect:

° Daily Yoga (morning practice, meditation, evening Sunset yoga)° 3 vegetarian organic farm-to-table meals Brunch, 3 course Dinner and an afternoon snack ° Space to Relax & Unwind with Infinity pool, Hammock and 3 hectares of beautiful olive groves & organic garden and fields to wonder around° 1 Full Body Massage included° Inspiration and guidance for own growth and exploration

Add-On Options include Private 1on1 Yoga intensives, Alignment sessions, individual coaching, Cooking classes, Oil Tasting, day Tours to Local Winery, Florence or Hot Springs, (additional fees might occur)

We will have exclusive use of the whole property with capacity to host a total number of 12 participants. Prices include full package (accommodation, food as described, yoga retreat, 1 massage)

Please note your room will be saved for you after we received your down payment of (25% of retreat fee) The final payment would be due 90 days prior to our travel (end January).

Excluded: Travel (roundtrip MUC to Florence starts at 200 Euro), Insurance, optionals and anything not mentioned.

Über

Maxine stands for modern Yoga which meets today’s needs. It’s a fusion of ancient Yoga knowledge, Ayurveda paired with recent insights and breakthroughs in neuroscience and fascia studies. For Maxine Yoga means rediscovering the natural rhythm of life and reconnecting to your inner nature. Maxine is known to guide students to become aware of the natural rhythm of the body and breath, and to explore the individual energy level day by day. This gives students of all levels the possibility to develop and grow on and off the mat. She teaches from her heart, sharing her own experiences with students from all around the world. Her classes reach from meditative, inwards focused Yin Yoga to strong, breath focused Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes.

Ausbildung

Maxine is an experienced Yoga teacher, mentor and coach, based in Germany. She has received more than 2,000 hours of yoga training with her main influences being Shiva Rea (Prana Flow, USA), Patricia Thielemann (Spirit Yoga, Germany) and Jo Phee (Yin Yoga, Singapore) and Tias Little (Satya Yoga Therapy Training at Prajna Yoga). Maxine is accredited as E-RYT 500 teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Professional Coach with CTI (CPCC).
