Rocket Yoga Flow – Led by Filipa, this session will focus on creative sequencing, strength-building techniques, and fluid transitions inspired by Rocket® and progressive vinyasa yoga. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or simply enjoy an energizing flow, this class is for you.

Matcha & Community – A mindful moment to connect with fellow yogis over a matcha from Plex Coffee.

Recovery Session – After yoga, immerse yourself in a full recovery experience:

• Breathwork Meditation to enhance relaxation and mental clarity before the plunge.

• Cold Plunge Therapy (4°C-8°C) to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery.

• Sauna Recovery – Finnish sauna (70°C-100°C) for deep detoxification 

What to bring: Yoga clothes, swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a water bottle.
