Sabrina will guide you through:

✨ Eliminating the “trick → stop → trick” feeling

✨ Building fluid, sensual pathways around the pole

✨ Elevating simple skills into captivating performance moments

There is a strong focus on transitions — because what truly sets performers apart isn’t only the tricks… it’s how they move between them. You’ll explore variations of classic club-style tricks, layered from beginner-friendly options to advanced embellishments, so you can adapt everything to your level.

This workshop is intentionally geared toward stage performances, showcases, and events rather than competition-style pole. Think atmosphere, audience connection, confidence, and control. Think spotlight energy ⚡️💎

About Sabrina Jade 💎

Where do we even begin?

Sabrina Jade is a multi-faceted force within both the LGBTQ+ and Swerker communities. With a long-standing relationship to Pole Dance and Pole Fitness, they’ve built an undeniable presence across kink, wrestling, queer cabaret, and fashion spaces.

A veteran sex worker with over nine years in the industry, Sabrina has consistently supported fellow SWers through activism and community work. Now an international Dominatrix, kinky wrestler, stripper, and active cam model, she remains a respected and visible figure within the industry.

Pole has been Sabrina’s home throughout her adult life — a craft she’s refined with passion and dedication. You may have seen her on Slag Wars Season 2 (2024), where pole was a standout feature of her performances. She is also a regular host and producer in Brighton and London, working on showcases such as Purr and Legacy: Black History Month Celebration.

An active member of the UK Swerker Union and the East London Strippers Collective, Sabrina is a proud and outspoken advocate for her communities — and a bonafide queer, polyamorous party starter 💋✨

Teaching was always part of her path. Pole is simply where she found her magic. Her lived experience, warmth, and sharp eye make her an incredibly supportive instructor — someone who creates space, sees you, and spots you when you need it most.
