Mindfulness training with Asana, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra as keys to inner presence.
This 75-minute special workshop is designed for you if you want to deepen your meditation practice and develop a regular, sustainable meditation routine, which in turn can profoundly enhance your yoga practice and help improve your focus and resilience in daily life.
Gentle physical exercises and conscious breathwork serve as supportive tools to open the body, regulate the nervous system, and prepare your energy (Shakti) so that meditation can unfold with clarity and presence (Shiva).
Building on this, we will practice meditation techniques from the tantric yoga tradition that cultivate stillness and inner awareness.
The workshop supports you in developing inner calm, mental clarity, and stability while strengthening your resilience in everyday life.
Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike who want not only to practice meditation but also integrate it sustainably into their daily life and personal yoga practice.
