👉Terms and Conditions for the BDEx 2026 Workshops

Each participant is required to read these terms and conditions. Payment of the workshop fee constitutes confirmation of having read and accepted these terms and conditions.

• The number of participants is limited. To secure your spot, please book the workshop via our booking portal on Eversports: https://www.eversports.de/widget/w/cyuWmu
• Registration is only valid upon payment of the workshop fee.
• The workshop fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant (for any reason whatsoever).
• Participants who have booked a workshop but are unable to attend (for any reason whatsoever) may resell their spot. The organizer must receive the personal data (name, country, email address) of the new participant no later than one week before the start of the event (August 28, 2026).
• The organizer is obligated to refund all fees paid in the event of cancellation of the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor should unforeseen circumstances arise, such as force majeure or health problems. In this case, participants will be informed accordingly and can decide whether to accept the new instructor or receive a refund of the registration fee.
• The organizer reserves the right to close registration before the deadline.
• Participants are requested to arrive for registration approximately 15 minutes before the workshop begins. Only paid participants will be admitted to the ballroom.
• The organizer accepts no liability for items left in the changing room. Valuables may, however, be taken into the dance hall. Entry to the dance hall is permitted only in dance shoes or barefoot.
• The organizer is not liable for any injuries sustained by participants.
• Participation in the workshop implies consent to the use of photos and videos for promoting the event on social media.
