Essence in Flow is a somatic movement and dance experience, a space to slow down, arrive in your body and move what has been waiting to be felt.

Each session opens with gentle grounding and body awareness movements, an invitation to land in the body. From there, movement unfolds naturally around a theme or element and gradually opens into free flowing dance.

No choreography, no performance, just your body finding its own language.

This is a space where dance is not about how it looks but about how it feels, where tension softens, emotions find movement and your essence can flow and express itself freely.
