Pranayama as a Path to Conscious Meditation
This 75-minute training is dedicated to the concept of the five koshas, offering an understanding of the different layers of our being and exploring the central role of pranayama as a gateway to the subtler bodies.
We use the breath as a stable anchor for a deepened, conscious meditation practice. Through a gentle Yoga Nidra sequence, we mindfully enter the layers of body, energy, and emotion.
Building on this foundation, we practice Samavritti to calm the nervous system and Nadi Shodhana to harmonize the energy channels and cultivate mental clarity. The session concludes with a silent Tantra meditation, consciously integrating the effects of the breathing practices and the activation of Shiva and Shakti.
This training is suitable for anyone wishing to deepen their meditation practice or discover a new, mindful approach to breathing—regardless of prior experience.
