In these workshop sessions, we will find out new ways of looking at such challenging inversion and heart opening poses, what they mean to us and why they are attempting to us?

During this relaxing and gentle workshop we will focus on connective tissue and fascia to reduce the tough impacts of previous workshops and the unwanted results of our daily life activities. We will focus on hips, pelvis, lower spine and heart area. Some calming music, blankets, bolsters, straps and eye pillows will take our practice to a deeper and more comfortable level.
