Hast du jemals die Schwerkraft überwinden, eine gesunde Praxis erkunden und in der Luft lachen wollen? Wenn du neu im AcroYoga bist, wirst du etwas Besonderes erleben! Begleite uns zu einem Workshop, der perfekt für Anfänger:innen ist, bei dem keine Vorerfahrung erforderlich ist und du keinen/keine Partnerin mitbringen musst.

Warum AcroYoga?

Als Erwachsene haben wir nicht viele Gelegenheiten, mit anderen Menschen zu interagieren und eine zwischenmenschliche Praxis zu genießen, bei der wir nicht nur körperliche Fähigkeiten, sondern auch tiefere Werte wie Kommunikation, Vertrauen, Timing und viele andere entwickeln müssen...

Was erwartet dich:

• Ein sicherer Raum: Du wirst dich willkommen fühlen, unabhängig von deinem Erfahrungsniveau.
• Grundlagen für Anfänger:innen: Wir beginnen mit den Grundlagen und führen dich durch grundlegende Posen und Partnerdynamiken. Keine Sorge, wenn du neu dabei bist; wir sind hier, um dich jeden Schritt des Weges zu unterstützen.
• Solo Acroyogis willkommen: Du musst nicht mit einem/r Partner/in kommen - bring einfach dich selbst und ein offenes Herz mit! Wir werden dich mit anderen Teilnehmer:innen zusammenbringen, um gemeinsam die Magie des AcroYoga zu erkunden.
• Gesteigertes Selbstvertrauen: Wenn du lernst, deinen Partner:innen zu vertrauen und mit ihnen zu kommunizieren, wirst du dich selbst mit dem neu gewonnenen Selbstvertrauen überraschen, sowohl auf als auch neben der Matte.

Have you ever wanted to defy gravity, explore a healthy practice, and share laughter in the air? If you're new to AcroYoga, you're in for a treat! Join us for a workshop that's perfect for beginners, where no prior experience is needed, and you don't need to bring a partner.

Why AcroYoga?

As adults we don't have many opportunities to interact with other humans and enjoy an interpersonal practice where we need to develop not only physical skills but also deeper values like communication, trust, timing, and many others...

• Foundations for Beginners: We'll start with the basics, guiding you through foundational poses and partner dynamics. No need to worry if you're new to this; we're here to support you every step of the way.
• Solo Acroyogis Welcome: You don't need to come with a partner – just bring yourself and an open heart! We'll group you up with fellow participants to explore the magic of AcroYoga together.
• Boosted Confidence: As you learn to trust and communicate with your partners, you'll surprise yourself with the newfound confidence you gain, both on and off the mat.
