Now, it’s time to evolve.

This two-hour yoga intensive supports you in consciously deepening your yoga practice and experiencing the art of integration—the interplay of Shiva (awareness, stability) and Shakti (energy, movement).

Through a balanced combination of theory and practice, you will explore how these tantric principles shape the structure of an advanced yoga class. By working intentionally with mantra, pranayama, meditation, chakras, and Kundalini, you will unite clarity and presence with a free, vibrant flow of energy.

A concise theoretical introduction flows seamlessly into a dynamic yoga practice, allowing the teachings to be experienced both physically and energetically.

This workshop is suitable for practitioners with some prior yoga experience as well as for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of yoga fundamentals. You will learn how to develop your practice step by step, build a stable foundation guided by a clear inner compass, and cultivate a conscious connection to the subtle, energetic—yet essential—aspects of yoga.
