Diese Acroyoga Lehrerinnen-Ausbildung ist für alle, die Acroyoga unterrichten möchten und die Samen für eine gesunde, nachhaltige und spaßige Praxis in ihrer Community pflanzen wollen. Sie ist auch ideal für Yogalehrerinnen, die Werkzeuge sammeln möchten, um in Gruppen zu arbeiten und spielerische Elemente in ihre Workshops, Retreats und mehr zu integrieren.

In dieser Ausbildung lernst du, Acroyoga zu unterrichten. Wir distanzieren uns bewusst vom „Copy-Paste“-Unterrichten, das man manchmal in Workshops und auf Festivals erlebt. Stattdessen wirst du die Grundlagen der verschiedenen Posen verstehen, die Prinzipien, die uns ermöglichen, Flows zu kreieren, und wie du all das auf eine sichere und spielerische Weise vermitteln kannst.

​Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns für ein Wochenend-Format entschieden. Dieses gibt dir die Möglichkeit, zwischen den Modulen das Gelernte zu üben, an Jams und Kurse teilzunehmen und Fragen oder Unklarheiten für das nächste Treffen zu sammeln. Es ist der beste Weg, um deine eigene Praxis und deine Lehrfähigkeiten nachhaltig zu entwickeln.

This Acroyoga teacher training is for anyone who wants to teach Acroyoga and plant the seeds for a healthy, sustainable, and fun practice in their community. It is also ideal for yoga teachers who want to gather tools for working with groups and integrating playful elements into their workshops, retreats, and more.

In this training, you will learn how to teach Acroyoga. We consciously distance ourselves from the "copy-paste" teaching style that is sometimes seen in workshops and festivals. Instead, you will gain an understanding of the foundations of different poses, the principles that allow us to create flows, and how to teach all of this in a safe and playful way.

For this reason, we have chosen a weekend format. This gives you the opportunity to practice what you have learned between modules, participate in jams and classes, and collect questions or uncertainties for the next meeting. It is the best way to sustainably develop both your personal practice and your teaching skills.
