BBT / Open Studio Access Flexible Training • Your Pace • Your Space BBT Open Studio give you access to scheduled open training times where you can train independently in a fully equipped BBT studio environment. During Open Studio access, the studio is available for self-guided workouts, allowing you to follow your own program, practice movements learned in class, or simply train at your own pace. While these sessions are not instructor-led, guidance and support may be available when the trainer is present in the studio. Open Studio access is ideal for members who want freedom, flexibility, and consistency without committing to a structured group class. Capacity is limited to ensure a safe, focused, and respectful training environment.
