Your all-access pass to movement and recovery at Session. 10 visits per month to use however you want.

Drop into any class (yoga, strength, mobility, infrared mat work) or book any recovery session (cold plunge, sauna, infrared sauna, red light therapy, recovery boots). Mix and match based on what your body needs.

Each visit uses 1 pass, whether it's a class or a recovery session. Want to hit a class and then cold plunge? Book both separately and we'll deduct 2 passes. Your 10 passes reset every month.

Build your own routine. Stack a strength class with sauna time. Do yoga and cold plunge back to back. Hit recovery-only days when you need them. It's your 10 visits, your way.
