Take time for each other, prepare yourselves for the birth of your child and get in a positive mood for the coming event. You probably have lots of questions, are excited and maybe a little bit nervous regarding your new role as a parent. In our course 'Birth Preparation for Couples on Sunday', everything you need to know about pregnancy and birth will be explained in order to prepare you mentally and physically for the birth.

The course includes the following content:

• Information about the course of pregnancy, birth process, birth positions, postpartum, as well as cesarean birth.
• Space for individual questions
• Involving the child mentally through breathing, relaxation and body awareness exercises
• Gentle exercises to stabilize the back and pelvic floor
• Practical introduction to breathing techniques
• Tips on how to use your own power during birth
