Red Light Class

Introducing Red Light Classes: a workout and recovery session in one. Flow through a Pilates or Yoga session on infrared mats while the red light boosts circulation, supports skin health, and helps your body recover as you move. A completely new way to train — and glow.

Please wear comfortable and short workout clothes and bring a water bottles, mats will be provided by the studio. The more skin exposed to the red lights, the better.
