HANDSTAND PARTNERING WORKSHOP

In this workshop, we explore the importance of partnership and trust in the practice of handstands and acrobatic movement.

Through a blend of contact improvisation, dance, and holistic movement practices, we will discover how to support, guide, and share weight with others.

You’ll learn how proper support can transform your balance, confidence, and body awareness — both when giving and receiving. Step by step, we’ll build up from simple grounding and touch exercises to more dynamic partnered handstands and acrobatic elements.
