• have the teacher's eye on you 100% of the time
• learn new yoga asanas in your own pace (including balances)
• focus on specific asanas / sequences
• adjust the pace of the practice to your own needs
• practice whenever you want, not depending on the schedule!

Private class lasts 60 to 75 minutes.
