Guided by Habiba Elisa and Sebastian, this two-hour journey moves slowly and with intention: weaving together a releasing yin sequence, immersive soundscape, and therapeutic bodywork into one continuous, deeply restorative experience.

Long yin holds invite the body to soften and open. Sound washes through and around you. And throughout, Sebastian’s and Habiba’s hands offer grounding massages: reflexology, craniosacral holds, Thai yoga massage, gentle head massages - each element working quietly to support your nervous system and ease you further into rest.
