About Your Guide – Kari ZabelKari Zabel is a Senior Jivamukti Yoga Teacher with decades of experience in the practice and teaching of yoga. Originally from the United States and now based in Munich, Kari has dedicated her life to sharing the transformative power of yoga through movement, breath, philosophy, and mindful living. Known for her depth of knowledge, warmth, and authenticity, she guides students to explore yoga not only as a physical practice, but as a pathway toward awareness, compassion, and self-inquiry.
Beyond the mat, Kari has developed a deep interest in holistic wellbeing and natural approaches to aging gracefully. Her Face Flow method brings the same mindful intelligence we cultivate in yoga to the muscles and fascia of the face. Through techniques such as facial massage, cupping, lymphatic stimulation, and fascia work, she helps students reconnect with their face as an extension of the body — encouraging vitality, circulation, and natural glow from within.
Kari’s teaching invites us to remember that care for the body, the face, and the mind can be a practice of presence, self-respect, and joy. We at FTLO are beyond excited and grateful to have her share her knowledge with our community.
