Turn Inward – Welcome the Season of Slowness with Leonie

So., 26.10.2025 •14:00 - 17:00 • 180 Min.
(churned) The Vinyasa People Yoga Studio

Join us for an enriching three-hour workshop thoughtfully crafted to gently usher you into the quieter, more introspective season ahead. Through mindful somatic movement, deeply restorative yoga postures, reflective journaling practices, and guided relaxation, you'll intentionally create space to slow down, reconnect deeply, and nurture yourself from the inside out.

Embrace the natural rhythms of this transitional season by turning inward, replenishing your energy reserves, and cultivating resilience and clarity to support your wellbeing in the coming months.

This workshop warmly welcomes participants of all experience levels. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling profoundly grounded, revitalized, and genuinely cared for.

To enhance your experience, we recommend bringing warm, cozy layers, an eye mask or eye pillow if you enjoy using one, and your personal journal if you have one. All other props will be provided by the studio to ensure your comfort and ease throughout the session.
