13:30-15:00 Uhr SLITHER HEELS LAB (ab Intro to Pole // MPD ab L1+)

  • An immersive experience in the art of slinky heels technique. Discover the nuances of transitions and lines as you slideand glide around the pole. Engage in playful exploration while deepening your understanding of heels technique.Heelwork (aka. edgework) is introduced from a holistic perspective, offering a fresh approach to movement.Conditioning is carefully curated to prepare your brain and body for deeper connection.Through a structured progression of movement and prompts, you'll develop a dense, seamless, and slithering flow.
  • Level: Intro To Pole (or higher) // MPD ab L1+
  • Prerequisites: min. 6 months experience dancing on heels - can walkwithout the pole and can perform pirouette in heels easily on both sides; confidence with front hook
  • Requirement: heels (recommended height: 7-8 inches)
