5-Day Chakra Immersion: Kriya & Vinyasa Journey (20-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Course)

Step into a transformative 5-day journey through the chakras, where breath, movement, and awareness come together to awaken your inner energy and restore balance.

This 20-hour Yoga Alliance certified course is designed for practitioners and teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of the chakra system through embodied practice. Each day is devoted to a specific energy center, blending kriya practices with fluid vinyasa to explore both the physical and subtle body.

We begin by grounding into the stability of the root, then gradually rise through creativity, power, love, and expression—culminating in a deeply meditative exploration of higher consciousness.

Course Structure

Each day includes:

• 90 minutes of practical training (kriya & vinyasa)
• 2.5 hours of theory (chakra system, energetics, philosophy & application)

The classes of practical training can be booked separately. If you sign up for the full immersion, you are automatically registered for all classes (even though your Eversports account does not show the separate class bookings).

Daily Schedule (Monday–Friday):

• 09:30 – 11:00 | Practice
• 12:00 – 14:30 | Theory

Day 1 – Muladhara (Root Chakra)Connect to the element of earth through grounding practices that cultivate stability, safety, and presence. Expect slow, steady movement and powerful kriyas to root you deeply.

Day 2 – Swadhisthana (Sacral Chakra)Flow with the element of water. Explore fluid vinyasa, hip-opening sequences, and kriyas that awaken creativity, sensuality, and emotional freedom.

Day 3 – Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra)Ignite your inner fire. Dynamic sequences and energizing breathwork will build strength, confidence, and clarity of will.

Day 4 – Anahata (Heart Chakra)Expand into the element of air. Open the heart through backbends, breath-led movement, and practices that invite compassion, connection, and lightness.

Day 5 – Vishuddha, Ajna & Sahasrara (Upper Chakras)
Refine your awareness through subtle practices, chanting, and meditation. This final day is devoted to expression, intuition, and connection to the divine.

This course is an invitation to move beyond the physical practice and into a deeper relationship with your energy body—leaving you grounded, open, and aligned.
