In this workshop, we explore fluid strength, grounded mobility, and seamless transitions between floor and standing work. The class begins with mobility and alignment principles and guided improvisation to awaken movement and breath, gradually building into dynamic phrases that travel through space.
Participants experience a balance between structure and freedom, combining clear physical tools with personal exploration. Each day is divided between movement research and repertoire from my work and the Lamalo Dance Company. The focus lies on efficiency, weight transfer, spirals, and organic coordination.
Participants may leave with a deeper connection to their body, a sense of flow, and practical tools to move with clarity and softness simultaneously, alongside deeper insight into my choreographic research and material.

Up to 3 days before the workshop begins we will refund 50% of the workshop fee.
Later than this we do not refund any fees. The booking can alternatively be transferred to another person.
