This meditation course is designed to help you let go of stress and lighten your mental load—so you can truly enjoy the season. This course revolves around one essential question:

Through practical and accessible techniques, you’ll learn how to:
- Understand where stress really comes from—and how it affects your mind
- Respond to daily challenges with greater calm and clarity
- Break free from cycles of overthinking, frustration, and overwhelm
- Cultivate inner peace and resilience through proven meditation methods
Whether you’re facing work pressure, emotional overload, or that all-too-familiar Berlin burnout, this course offers a practical and grounded meditation toolkit for relieving stress. Meditations are based on the book “How to Transform your Life” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. English language course.
