Sound & Journaling Journey on Dualities

Facilitated by the interdisciplinary artist and coach duo CC RO, this Sound & Journaling Journey explores what becomes possible when frequency and language meet.

Combining live sound, spoken word, and guided journaling, the session invites participants to follow acoustic resonance into the writing process and discover what emerges when attention shifts from thinking to sensing. Centered around the theme of DUALITES, the session creates space for contradiction, ambivalence, and multiple truths, exploring what happens when opposing states are allowed to exist side by side.
