Step into a new field of possibilities by returning to the deepest place of clarity within you.

This 3,5-hour journey weaves together flowing yoga, powerful breathwork, activating chakra meditation, and conscious manifestation. Through movement, breath, visualization, and stillness, you are invited to release mental and physical tension, regulate your nervous system, clear your energetic field, and open yourself to what you truly desire.

Because manifestation doesn’t begin in the mind — it begins in your state of being.

When the body is held in stress, we tend to recreate the same thoughts, emotions, and patterns. But when your system softens and comes into balance, you become available for new experiences, new perspectives, and new possibilities.

We begin with a dynamic yoga flow to awaken the body, dissolve stored tension, and gently guide you out of the thinking mind into embodied awareness — creating a grounded, open, and receptive state.

From there, you are guided chakra activating meditation and into an expansive breathwork journey, supported by deep beats and essential oils. This practice allows you to access an altered state of awareness and connect with your subconscious — the place where true transformation and manifestation begin.

Chakra work is woven throughout the experience, supporting the flow of energy and activating your inner system. As your body, mind, and energy come into alignment, a coherent inner state emerges — one in which your intentions are no longer forced, but naturally felt and embodied.

When you begin to feel the life you desire within you, the way you move through the world begins to change.

We close with a long, nourishing integration phase, allowing your nervous system to settle and the experience to anchor deeply within your body — so you don’t just leave inspired, but truly shifted.

Wear comfortable clothing and, if you like, bring your journal with you.

Please avoid eating a heavy meal approximately 1.5 hours before the session.

This breathwork session involves a powerful breathing technique. Participation is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, increased intraocular pressure, diagnosed anxiety or panic disorders, psychosis, a history of stroke, or recent surgery (e.g. large wounds or bone fractures that are still healing).
