In the class, you will find a compassionate approach.
The class focus on awareness and guide participants to develop the awareness throughout their practice. By focusing on staying calm in challenging poses, sometimes holding them for a while and slowing down, participants are invited to connect with their inner world. They are encouraged to observe what they are feeling, allowing awareness to emerge.
This class is based on the principles of noticing and discovering. It recognizes not only the physical healing benefits of yoga poses but also their mental and emotional healing aspects.
It is a class that invites awareness and creates space for mindfulness. During the class, we take a break from the stress of daily life, spending time with ourselves, observing our bodies and minds, and exploring who we are. Drawing inspiration from yoga philosophy, we nourish ourselves. The class generally includes breath exercises and a short meditation. Open to all levels.
