This workshop is designed for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
It is ideal for those who are new to yoga and want to build a strong foundation, as well as for those who have been practicing for some time but still feel unsure about whether they are doing the postures correctly, breathing effectively, or “meditating the right way.”
The workshop offers a space to slow down, revisit the basics, and gain a clearer understanding of the key elements of a solid and sustainable yoga practice: posture, breath, and attention.
Participants will develop confidence, clarity, and body awareness, and leave with practical tools to support their personal practice.

1. Introduction:
A brief overview of what makes a yoga practice stable, effective, and sustainable.
2. Breath (Pranayama):
Understanding how to breathe in a natural and supportive way to enhance your practice.
3. Asana (Postures)
Exploring alignment and key principles to practice safely and with confidence.

A simple and accessible approach to meditation, removing the pressure of “doing it right.”
5. Questions & Closing
Open space for questions, reflections, and practical takeaways for your personal practice.
