Vinyasa x Tarot: Your True Path

A special journey combining dynamic Vinyasa Yoga and Tarot Cards to reconnect you with your inner wisdom.

Beginning with a heart-opening Vinyasa practice to move stagnant energy, we will then draw Tarot cards around the theme of Your True Path. Through a guided meditation journey on the cards, you will be invited to connect with your subconscious and receive your own messages and meanings from the experience. The session will close with journaling, sharing, and a grounding ritual for integration. 

No prior experience with Tarot is needed.
