Morning Motion is a functional movement practice designed to build strength, improve joint mobility, and develop greater body awareness. Rather than moving in a continuous flow, this class progresses intentionally from position to position, allowing time to explore mobility drills, core work, and stabilising exercises that support balanced, resilient movement.
Drawing from movement training, body awareness practices, sports-based conditioning, and vinyasa, the focus is on helping you move more efficiently and confidently — both on and off the mat. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength-building and mobility work that improves range of motion, supports joint health, and enhances overall movement quality.
