A 2 h lab in the space between things — somatic exploration of darkness / transition / limit / inner and outer edges / tension and release, kriya flow, kundalini meditation, curated soundscape, togetherness + collective rest. 

Here — between things — energy is felt before it is spoken. Movement arises on its own. connection emerges without choreography. A space to allow irregularity, to offer direction without control, to guide without taking over. To rest in less explaining, in more space.
