It is too easy for our Yoga, our sacred practice, to become one more area of striving and struggling to be perfect, one more area of "trying to get there." Mark Whitwell shares the Yoga of his teachers, TKV Desikachar and T. Krishnamacharya, which is a precise and gentle concentration in the breath, revealing that the body IS already the perfection of the cosmos. You don't need to get to it, you are it. Refined in relationship with known and unknown masters, this Yoga is adapted to each person.
