A sensual, somatic online journey for couples who want to reconnect, feel each other again, and gently deepen their relationship- without leaving home.

This workshop invites you to pause, to soften, feel, and meet each other again: through your bodies, your breath, your touch and the space between you.

And the beauty: you don’t have to go anywhere.

This is about arriving and sinking together and letting connection unfold from there. 

What you’ll experience in this 2,5 hr online workshop: 

• guided somatic practices to land in your body and co-regulate as a couple
•  gentle, guided touch and sensual exploration
•  Exercises to improve communication between you and your partner, that create authentic emotional connection
•  ways to bring more intimacy, playfulness, and aliveness into your everyday life

Saphir Leela HalpernSaphir is a yoga teacher, somatic sexology coach, and sexual therapist in training.

She loves creating spaces that invite people into authentic and sensual connection with one another. Currently training as a holistic sex and relationship therapist, Saphir explores the depths of consciousness and intimacy with curiosity and a sense of wonder.

Sascha Dangmann
Sascha is a systemic therapist in training, mediator, wilderness educator, and facilitator trained in the “Transformation in natura®” approach.

He is deeply passionate about creating spaces for meaningful encounters and enjoys guiding people into contact with their sensuality. For him, pleasure, joy, desire, and emotional connection are not only personal experiences, but also political forces that support the emergence of a more life-serving society.
