Eva (the founder of vea Studio) is passionate about exploring how the body moves, how to shift patterns and how to feel more—sometimes better, sometimes uncomfortable. Eva believes in strong bodies over bendy ones, testing your limits, playing your edges to gain more confidence in your body and yourself through a quite physical practice, giving you the opportunity to explore and sometimes fail in a safe(r) space. Besides a strong Asana practice Eva incorporates Chanting, Pranayama and Yoga philosophy in her teaching.

300 h certified Jivamukti teacher, YAC 200 h Ashtanga Vinyasa. mentorship with Victoria Larsson / Swanmountain Yoga and 70 h Yin (with Valerie Hartwig + Liina Teal)
