As we approach the Spring Equinox and the astrological New Year, this workshop invites you to consciously ritualise the turning of the wheel. Through embodied yoga, astrological insights, and guided reflection, we reconnect to our diverse ancestral wisdom of living in rhythm with the cycles — releasing what winter revealed and intentionally stepping into what is ready to grow.
