Build Your First Stable Handstand — With Awareness, Strength & Confidence
Handstands are not about forcing balance — they are about learning how to support yourself.
This 2-hour beginner workshop introduces you to handstands through an embodied and structured approach that combines alignment, strength development, and body awareness. Instead of chasing quick results, you will learn how your individual body works and how to build a foundation that makes progress feel clear and sustainable.
Join the community and learn the basics of kicking up into a handstand and the foundations of your handstand set up, targeting hand position, elbow alignment, shoulder position, rib and hip integration.
My intention as a handstand teacher is to create good alignment and habits to built a sustainable practice. Our handstand revolution community offers lots of daily input along the way to support your handstand journey.
This workshop is perfect if you:
* are new to handstands or feel inconsistent upside down
* struggle with fear, collapsing shoulders, or lack of control
* want clear drills instead of random attempts
* want to understand why handstands work — not just copy shapes

Jules Kühner is an international handstand coach and movement teacher known for her precise, empowering, and deeply mindful approach to upside-down training. With a background in partner acrobatics and hand balancing, Jules bridges technical refinement with body awareness and self-trust.
Her teaching emphasizes quality over quantity, helping students develop a clear understanding of alignment, balance, and strength — while nurturing confidence and curiosity throughout the process.
Through years of teaching across Europe, Jules has guided practitioners from beginners to professional acrobats in building sustainable, expressive, and joyful handstand practices.
