This class blends the elegance of classical ballet with the expressive qualities of contemporary dance. While rooted in foundational ballet technique, it incorporates the use of the arms and upper body, along with distinctive contemporary elements such as turn-ins and off-balance movement.
Set to contemporary music, the class emphasises a strong musical connection and an expressive approach. Each session concludes with a short choreography, offering space to develop artistry and performance skills.F
Exploring both the freedom and the limitations of the body, this is a creative and engaging class—challenging, yet always playful.u
