Sessions:
14:45 – 16:00 Five Tibetan Rites with Leeann
Expand your yoga practice beyond asana in this hands-on workshop devoted to the Five Tibetan Rites - 20-minute sequence famed for boosting strength, vitality and overall well-being.
Guided by Leeann Meitner, you’ll learn both the theory and the practice: discover how these dynamic movements, first brought to the West in the 1930s by explorer-author Peter Kelder, all the way from Himalayan monasteries as a daily “fountain of youth.”
The session includes a full physical practice (not suitable during pregnancy, though you’re welcome to join the theory component) and practical tips for replacing your morning coffee with invigorating, energy-balancing motion.
16:15 – 17:30 Gentle Hatha & Journaling with Sian
This slow, grounding Hatha session invites you to soften, breathe, and come home to your body, breath, and self. Through spacious, mindful movement, you’ll reconnect with yourself and gently open space for awareness to arise. When we slow down, we can listen more deeply—to what we need, what we feel, and what’s moving within us. After the practice, we’ll ease into reflective journaling to honour what surfaces and give space to your inner voice. This journey from doing to being invites you to return to what truly matters. Please bring a journal and pen.
18:00 – 19:30 Yin & Sound with Nora
Yin & Sound: A Journey Into Stillness (90 min)
Settle into deep rest with this full-body Yin & Sound session designed to ground, soften, and soothe both body and mind. Over the course of 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle yin postures that invite release and surrender—targeting the connective tissues and energy pathways of the body with mindful stillness and long holds.
As your body gradually opens and unwinds, you’ll be immersed in a meditative soundscape of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The vibrations will wash over you, helping to deepen your relaxation and invite an even more profound state of inner calm.
This experience is a sanctuary of slowness, a moment to exhale fully, and an invitation to reconnect with your inner quiet. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your breath, your presence, and an openness to receive.
