Yono is a +500h certified yoga instructor, artistic coordinator and dj based in Berlin. Her approach focuses on the intrinsic qualities between sounds and inner/outer spaces. Whether through embodied strong flows, immersive soundscapes, or deep rest, you are invited to return, to presence, to peace, to the poetry of now. She creates spaces where opposites dissolve into harmony, proposing creative and anchoring classes, and cultivating transformative awareness and wellness. She is behind Lừa và bằng (fire and ice in Vietnamese), an immersive yogic project, tuning music, movement, and meditation.
