Soundbath - Tiefenentspannung durch Klang

Tauche ein in eine entspannende Klangwelt und erlebe eine ganz besondere Art der Meditation. Bei diesem Soundbath-Event wirst du von sanften Klängen und Vibrationen begleitet, die Körper und Geist zur Ruhe bringen. Die harmonischen Klänge von Klangschalen, Gongs und anderen Instrumenten helfen dabei, Stress abzubauen und ein Gefühl von Ausgeglichenheit und Wohlbefinden zu fördern. Lass dich einfach von den Klängen tragen und finde Tiefenentspannung. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich – nur die Bereitschaft, loszulassen und zu genießen.

Über

My name is Lisa Hakim, and I am a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork and Sound Healing Practitioner, as well as a Yoga Teacher. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Peak Beings Yoga School in Hawaii, and have since expanded my expertise through additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Restorative Yoga, and Jivamukti's Spiritual Warrior Class. My training has taken me to New York, Los Angeles, Bali, Amsterdam, and beyond, offering me a truly global perspective on healing practices. In January 2017, with the goal of sharing the transformative benefits of Yoga, Meditation, and Bodywork, I founded Namastuy, a Healing Collective in Brooklyn, New York. In 2021, my husband and I relocated to Leipzig, Germany, where, after the birth of our two children, I opened the Leipzig Yoga Collective in October 2024. In addition to my studio, I am excited to offer Sound Healing across multiple locations in Leipzig and Halle, bringing these healing practices to a wider community and deepening their impact.
