Postpartum Recovery & Yoga can begin 6–10 weeks after birth. This 8-week course is available both in the studio and via livestream.
Strengthen your pelvic floor, rebuild your core, and support your back! During pregnancy and childbirth, your pelvic floor goes through significant strain. With Postpartum Recovery & Yoga, you’ll gently strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and help reduce issues such as incontinence. Gentle core exercises support the healing of diastasis recti and rebuild strength in your center. Stretching exercises help relieve back pain and tension, increase flexibility, and improve posture.
